DO NOT USE THIS COMPANYWe’ve paid £35k and waited 2.5 years for a database to be built which has never even got close to being finished. Today we decided to make a reasonable request to be refunded half of the money as it was clear they couldn’t achieve what they had promised. After this request they advised us that if we pay another £5k they’d magically finish the project in 2 weeks. We’re now going to have to go down the legal route to recover the money paid for a product that we’ve never received.We didn’t just threaten legal action though did we. We feel that we’re well within our rights to request a full refund as a product that’s fit for purpose hasn’t been produced. But because we’re reasonable people we asked you to split the cost with us so both companies can just draw a line under it. We asked for 50% of our money back. Your response to this was, if you pay us another £5k we’ll finish it in 2 weeks. Well I’m sorry but after being given an initial estimate of £25k and 6 months and now being £35k and 2.5 years in we don’t really trust that if we pay another £5k a functional database can be produced in 2 weeks.This has been an awful experience from start to finish and we’ve been more than patient the whole time. £35k was a massive investment for our company to try and improve our systems and at this point we may as well have just thrown that money out the window "
