Infinity Micro is the best. They manage our off-site back up and have helped with our IT needs for the past few years. I've personally worked with our IT tech, Brendan, as the Firm Administrator for a local law firm in Salem. While their whole team is very down to earth, professional, and knowledgeable, Brendan and I have established a great working relationship over the past year.
