I seriously don’t know what to think about this company. I have a Master’s degree, I’m bilingual and have 25 years of teaching experience and 3 years of customer service/sales. I’m also 56, but I’m probably better than I’ve ever been. I know how to interview after a lifetime of doing it, I have superior people skills after teaching so many years. As you age, you find yourself wanting to learn more, so I get excited about 3 months of training. I’ve applied for multiple jobs there over the past few days. I had a screening interview yesterday, which went well. Today, I got turned down for every single job I applied for! The screening interview, didn’t go beyond that. The other jobs rejected me outright without even screening me. I feel very much like age discrimination is a factor here. What else can I believe if I’m applying for customer service jobs and have truly exceptional soft skills from my background?. I’m the dream candidate for customer service, but oh, wait, she’s 56? Can she still walk? Can she still drive? Does she talk like an old lady? Is her brain slowing down because she’s getting up there? Do you seriously think 50-somethings are decrepit??One thing about older candidates: we have tremendous skill sets due to years of experience, and we’re loyal. We’ll stick around because we’re past all the “looking for the next cool job.” "Susan Cheuvront's Review Sourced from Google
I applied for a job through Innsource and was told congratulations you made it to the next interview with a company representative. I gave them my availability and was told great we will set up the interview. The next communication I got was a text saying good luck on the interview today please log on 5 minutes early. I was confused as I was never given a date or time for this interview. So I reached out to the recruiter who simply just said "I confirmed you were available for that time". When I asked what I was supposed to be logging into I was told I received an email 2 days prior with the information. So now I have missed the interview. I was also never informed an email was sent to me with a Teams link for the interview. When I ask why I was not informed they simply said "I told you that interview would be by Teams." I guess I was just supposed to know I would be getting an email on that day and was supposed to watch for it. The lack of communication was baffling and not only cost me the chance to get the job but also the "no show" for the interview put me on a black ball list and I can NEVER apply for that company again. All I got was an apology for the miscommunication. They actually called lack of communication miscommunication. Like it was no big deal that they did this. I was punished and they just moved on to the next candidate. I definitely not recommend applying through them for ANY position. "Juanita Corder's Review Sourced from Google
A bunch of incompetent people working at this company. First, they advertise a position in Scottsdale, AZ (they’re located in Dublin, OH). After an application is completed, within minutes they send an automated AI recruitment message asking why there is an interest in the role and if I’m within driving distance of Columbus, OH. Obviously, Scottsdale is nowhere near Columbus so they apologize for denying the opportunity. 24hrs later a live recruiter calls to say they’re hiring in Scottsdale and want to know my interest. I share about their AI recruiter message. They say “we need to change the message”. Phone screen goes well as it’s just general questions and next step is to send an email to schedule an interview. The next day an automated email states we can’t offer you a role.Geez get your heads screwed on correctly. How about make sure the left hand knows there is a right hand. Do you guys even know how to dress yourself in the morning. They were trying to fill a position at Nationwide Insurance Company. This interaction with them tells me to never trust doing any business with Nationwide or Innosource. "U Nickorn's Review Sourced from Google
My experience with InnoSource has been nothing short of amazing. From the beginning, everyone I interacted with was friendly, helpful, and professional. I had a great interview with Josie—she made me feel comfortable and confident, and truly took the time to get to know me and what I was looking for.Throughout the process, Tallene was always there to answer my questions and concerns. She responded in a timely and thoughtful manner every single time, which helped ease my nerves and made me feel supported.InnoSource prepared me well for the role I was stepping into, and thanks to their support, I recently became a full-time, permanent employee just six weeks after starting. I’m so grateful for their guidance and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a meaningful opportunity and a team that truly cares. "Jae W's Review Sourced from Google
I had put in an application and was told that all my previous roles gave me some very good qualifications, I proceeded to scheduling an interview however about an hour before my scheduled interview I received a TEXT not a phone call or email just a text from innosource stating that they would be moving forward with other candidates before I could even get my interview in…I’m not understanding why you guys didn’t let me get my interview in before deciding I’m not one of the chosen candidates. I’m a great worker and I feel like you guys didn’t even allow for an opportunity for me to sell myself to your company with the interview. What all makes this even worse is the fact that I mentioned how I felt to the recruiter and I said I’d be leaving a review which she responded by calling me to give me a fake interview after my real interview with the boss was cancelled it pissed me off because I should have just hung up and said no thank you since you already told me I’m not selected but instead I wasted my time hoping deep down they’d see my potential. I received an email stating they wouldn’t be moving forward with me. So I say this company is not focused on getting to know future candidates. So don’t waste your time here.
