Not recommended.The company's responses are slow and impersonal. The remote assistance offered didn't actually fully resolve the issue. Then, I was unexpectedly billed for a subscription for a service I never requested. This company has lost their charm over the years. It is difficult to speak to someone (personally) with knowledge of the customer file.Payment must be made for every email/call (per minute, so to speak), even if it concerns e.g. the internet failure by the provider.Monthly invoices resulting in poor explanation and accountability.After many years of collaboration, we have switched to a better partner.
