We are very happy with our JetRails experience. Our Magento 2 server optimization is excellent, support is responsive, and our liasons are excellent. Samantha does an excellent job of checking in and making sure we have everything we need and our questions are all answered and dealt with. If there was a criticism, it would be that sometimes responses to support ticket questions come back in technical jargon that non-technical people, like ourselves, have trouble understanding, often necessitating a request to "explain that to me again, but dumb it down." Otherwise, great experience. "
