Worst place to work. Worst management. Less salary and salary date is 7. Management promise something and deliver something else. If you ask for emergency leave, they'll threat you to terminate. They terminate people after over hore. Don't waste your time here. "

This company is a complete mess. No one is complete professional here. HR has no dignity for taking stands for employees. Supervisors and Managers will treat you like you are nobody or you don't know anything about life and job and working environment. Even if you are experienced, they still let you down 👎I will feel a lot regret on choosing to work with this organisation ever. It even less then 3 months I have left this organisation. In night shifts also they do not have a good canteen facility, or not even bother about the employee's health , they give you that 100 cord coffee ☕ machined chai and coffee.Not even this , they started been pressurising you, just after your training complete.They don't even give time and space to a person to understand the organisation and settle on it.The Managers and TLs working in Jindal are treating you like a slave to them.The worst thing about the organisation is their transportation, and Management - where there is no management at all.They don't give you downtime. If you are thinking to do WFH for this company, don't do at all.There is no such thing like downtime. They will ask you to extend the shift as much as you can, until your shifts are not get completed.Nobody can ever survive in this environment. Had soft to those who are working there more than 6 monthsManagement people don't know how to treat a employee with respect.HR don't even listen 👂 your concern, and trying to convince you for what they want you to do you.Overall experience is worst. I don't think so, ki isse bekar working environment kisi ko mil sakta hain kabhi....I will never ever suggest anyone to join this organisation, and break your mental peace ✌️ rest the choice is yours. "
