I have NEVER written a negative google review. This is the first time I've felt frustrated/angry enough to do so. Truly the worst experience I've ever had working with a company. I had 3 separate project managers on my project over the span of several months. They kept leaving the company, which makes a lot of sense in hindsight based on my own experiences. I spent a very significant amount of money for a pretty elementary outdoor game (it was a glorified wooden suitcase design). No electronics, no special molding, just some wood, glue, screws, and hinges. They kept stringing me along, saying my retainer was running low and in the end I wasted a SIGNIFICANT (over 20k) amount of money. They schedule calls with you and then will bill you like a law firm for every 15 minutes of time spent on the phone. The icing on the cake was when they sent me the (close) to final product because they still weren't done and were still asking for more money it arrived in terrible condition. I have attached the pictures here. The fact they couldn't properly wrap it to protect it from damage after the ridiculous amount of money I spent was hard to comprehend. I have contacted my lawyer to see what, if anything, can be done to recoup some of the money they stole from me. "

I can't say enough on the great performance of the new kitchen device, made my Kickr design. From the moment, I received the working prototype. I even demonstration the device at home and in the present of group of people. To test drive it and long and behold it actually worked and it really stood out on how it work and solves a problem. As the team designed exactly what I wanted in the design and the team execute period. It’s one of those device that you could use once and wonder how you ever lived without it. Cleanup is quick too, which is a huge bonus.Highly recommend this to anyone who spends time in the kitchen. We were nervous to hire a new company to create a first prototype for my patented product after being burned by a company before. Kickr… WOW!
