What a difference compared to hiring designers project-based or having non-designers (like myself) do design work.First off, super easy not to have to give budget approval for all kinds of projects; my team can just post and the projects get done simultaneously or go in the backlog while others are being worked on.Second, and this was a bit of a mindset change, you can get professional design for everything. In the beginning it was a bit hard with my very limited briefs but now we can do major landing page projects (with specific requirements) as well as very simple LinkedIn update graphics (free hands) that really boost conversion/brand image, etc.Highly recommended. "

Flexible to even odd design requests.I was a bit skeptical about the quality of the first deliverables but it has consistently been better with every deliverable; (think I they just needed to get to know our brand profile). I've experienced some minor bugs in the UI which they were quick to fix but never anything that interrupted the workflow.Highly recommended! "
