Lawpath

We have no idea about setting up and running a business. We employed the services of LAWPATH to support us. They set up the ACN for our company which was great and I also set up a virtual office. I have not been able to access he office and cannot get through to ANYONE at LAWPATH to talk to. They have again taken $800 this year from my account for absolutely NOTHING and I cannot contact them. The say the office is closed and I have called at the wrong time when their office hours are 9am - 5pm and I'm calling at 9:15am. Leaving a message on their website is useless as they don't contact you back. They hold the ASIC key so that I can get into the ASIC portal but I cannot get in contact with them for the key for the portal. SHAME on you LAWPATH! "

Beware of their legal service - they mentioned a lot of things like contract review etc but the service is more generic in nature - the lawyer mentioned if we want to get a full thorough contract review - they will send through a quote.Update: I got a call from one of the people from lawpath and got explained about the nature of the service that this is a generic legal service and unfortunately what I was after is a more complex type of documentation review which makes sense - I appreciate their transparency and willingness to resolve customer feedback and to turn it into a positive experience. "

I have been using Lawpath for a few years now and it still remains an exceptional tool. It provides great services without complex and enormous overheads. The templates are fantastic and are easily modifiable to meet required needs. "
