First time doing a survey with these folks and they are extremely misleading. Confirmation details say "The gratuity will be emailed out once we get confirmation from the moderator that you have completed the online research study." Study completed over 2 wks ago. I called to follow up on payment about a wk ago..guy says payments will be issued end of the month. Today is the 30th so I call again and he now tells me payments will go out in March. I value honesty. I've done surveys for other agencies and payments typically go out in 3 biz days. Never had this issue. Won't be doing anymore for these folks. Imagine agreeing to a gig with the expectation that you will get paid and they tell you at the end it'll take a few months. "
