They select the multiple candidates from different colleges only freshers as they don't have budget for seniors and then put very much pressure and make them to work on weekends and they don't know even how to give training to the freshers less skilled professionals are there who understands themselves as maharaja1. Play with many's careers2. Worst senior staff3. No help from seniors4. Very much pressure5. No funding always reducing team size6. Finds mistakes in every candidate7. Very negative senior staff8. They do a lot of show off on social media9. In short don't go it's request else they will destroy your whole career "
