Signed up to use this service to manage my Wayfair listings. Turns out their integration with Wayfair doesn't even work. They dragged me along for 2 months (and $700) claiming to be able to "fix it". Finally when I got frustrated they refused a refund. Total scam artists! "

I recently had a call with Brian Wawok, the CEO of Listing Mirror, alongside my business partner. Unfortunately, the experience left much to be desired. Instead of addressing our needs and concerns professionally, the representative (who also happened to be the owner) not only discouraged us from using their platform but also displayed a lack of respect throughout the conversation. This was highly unexpected and disappointing.Following this interaction, Brian responded to this google review feedback by leaving my company a negative review... We did not provide or solicit any services to Brian as we were the customer for his services.. Rather than attempting to resolve the situation through constructive dialogue, he chose to retaliate, which I found surprising and unprofessional.Additionally, during our Google Meet, it was concerning to see the CEO presenting himself in an unprofessional manner, appearing in casual attire (pajamas) from his bedroom. This, coupled with a dismissive and facetious attitude, made for a very poor impression.To prospective clients considering Listing Mirror: I recommend approaching with caution. This behavior did not come from a representative but directly from the owner, which raises concerns about how customers might be treated in the future. I sincerely hope Brian reconsiders his approach to customer interactions and prioritizes respectful communication moving forward.Good Luck "
