It has been 4 years since I have been with LITS SERVICES and I presently work as Dynamics Lead Consultant and I must say, I enjoy every moment that I spend with our organization.Here at LITS, the work is flexible to the work/life needs of the employees and encourages work/life balance by offering flexible schedules, accommodating individual requests and needs, and creating a supportive work environment in terms of understanding personal and family obligations.For any employee, what matters the most is the unbiased consideration they get in their organization and as such, having been employed in this organization for the last 4 years ,I can vouch that LITS SERVICES is one of the very few companies where all employees get treated equally, with respect and dignity .In terms of Job Security, LITS SERVICES is unsurpassable. During COVID-19 Pandemic, condition in the market was so poor that companies had to remove resources so as to save cost. Among other companies, we also took a tremendous hit but LITS gave an assurance that we will come through this tough time together without having to cut down resources, and as promised , we did overcome that most difficult period and not only come out the other side with our employee force intact but also come out as a stronger company altogether .The management at LITS SERVICES is exceptional where the employees needs are heard, considered and actioned. With streamlined processes and protocols, things are very easy when it comes to submission of employee requests.Recognition of work and motivation is something organizations nowadays lack.
