Poorly organised VIP Meet and Greet with Michelle Obama. 1 1/2 hour wait while standing in concrete basement hallway. When we finally entered the VIP lounge, we were told to stay in line while the staff sat on the sofas. No refreshments - not even water which I asked for and was told it would be available. No chance for mingling with other guests as we were herded to our photo opp. Many small children and pregnant women sitting on the floor in their fine clothes. They took all our belongings and insisted we retrieve them before the show instead of providing the coat check. Instead, I had to take my stuff and pay additional for the standard coat check. I expected only a brief handshake and picture with Michelle Obama from the beginning. However, the hosts stated that we should prepare several open-ended questions to garner more time. This was not a reality and created unrealistic and unnecessary expectations. Disappointing. When I told the staff that I was not satisfied with my VIP experience, they seemed to think that a goodie bag would make me happy. It did not seem like a serious concern as the money was in the bank. I paid for Gold VIP meet and greet with front row tickets. I would have loved the opportunity to meet the others attending, relax in a lounge before our photo opp, and enjoy (at minimum) a glass of water... Champagne or tea even. #livenation really blew the opportunity to create a positive unforgettable experience. I would not recommend them. Still no response to my email. #MichelleObama was phenomenal. I hope she knows how poorly they represented her supporters. "
