MacDonald Search Group

This is the second time in my career path I have chosen to go with MacDonald Search Group and I can easily tell you, these folks are not your typical recruiter. They take you very seriously. Their commitment to you, communication, follow up and advice is above board! Specifically James Palmer and Trevor Baker were such a pleasure to work with as well as represent me to opportunities I was interested in. No fluff and false promises just people that actually care. You guys rock!I have worked with other recruiters in the past and non have stuck out and been as loyal, open and honest as this firm has. I can't recommend them enough to those of you looking for the best recruitment agency out there. Look no further! Even if they don't have an opportunity for you right at the moment, they will still represent you and be creative to something they may not have in their immediate portfolio. When you experience the best, you want to tell everyone you know. Keep on doing what you guys do. Many Thanks. "

He helped me with three different job opportunities, and through the third one, I was able to secure my current position .James is very professional, patient, and dedicated to his work. He consistently followed up, provided guidance throughout the process, and never gave up on finding the right opportunity for me. His communication and support made a big difference.I truly appreciate all his effort and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a recruiter who genuinely cares about helping people succeed. "
