I ordered two Vuzix Blade 2 glasses directly through the Vuzix website and MACE VL filled the order. Unfortunately, the glasses don't work for what we were needing. The Vuzix website says we had 30 days to return the glasses for a full refund, but NO ONE will help with the return. I have been trying to contact Vuzix since 6/20, found the email saying MACE actually sent the glasses and have been trying to contact MACE since 6/27. A sales rep from MACE reached out about other products, I told them I wanted to return the glasses, she put me in touch with technical support, I told them the problems and I have heard NOTHING. I have called multiple numbers for MACE, the one on the return address was for a private number, and the one listed on Google said the subscriber was unavailable.
