I posted the Cs role what I am looking for with clearly stated my requirements on Threads. 1 girl named Jing Yi approached to me on DM then WhatsApp me to offer me some jobs which I find not related to me, and it wasting both of our time, I have to keep rejecting her and she has keep offering to me, maybe the pressure from clients or her team superiors.I seriously getting a bit pissed off, I have no idea of how this recruitment company work and how you train your staffs to offer some jobs to job seekers. By not wasting from both parties, you should train your staffs to offer the job that suits the requirements of the job seekers, is not push every single job to job seekers and wasting job seekers time. Also, when the job is suitable for the job seeker to proceed, you forcing the job seeker to join immediately by resigning quickly. You need to understand not all job seekers are able to resign their jobs immediately and some need to serve 1 or 2 months or more months notice period. Also, not all can buy them out, not all can afford resign their jobs blindly with savings. Some have family need to support.That’s why I hate and dislike most of the recruit companies on the way of recruiting people! We better look for in house or real companies instead rather than going thru agency or recruiting companies "
