Here is why other agencies don't like us much. Businesses often complain of being treated like a number and the lack of personal attention from their agency - we fix that by only taking on a handful of clients at a time, so we are able to dedicate the time and attention to each business we work with. Companies complained about being charged by their agency for every small task. We are very flexible and go out of our way to accomodate our customers. Also, we don't charge "per hour" but "per deliverable" since some people work faster and some slower, and sometimes those who charge by the hour purposely take long time to complete the task. That is just not fair. Similarly, we don't understand how some agencies charge a comission on your ad spend. Just think about it. If they generate revenue by spending your money, aren't they inclined to spend your money as quickly as possible? We do not charge any commission but work hard to make every dollar count to generate tangible results by spending as little as possible. Another issue we have with so called "agencies" is the lack of transparency. We fixed that by publicly displaying our rates online, so every client, no matter how big or small, gets charged the same price. This saves your time and you can be 100% certain that you are not being overcharged just because you are a well known brand.
