After interviewing a number of top agencies to help North American Construction Group with a few important projects, we eventually chose MeDM as our partner. Since then, we have worked hand-in-hand with David Still and his talented team, and have found the agency to be creative, efficient, and knowledgeable. With operations in Canada, the United States, and Australia, it was important for us to find an agency that could easily navigate our world, and effectively help communicate our message. MeDM has delivered in spades, and has provided us with valuable guidance and assistance in corporate branding, website development, and social media administration.Today, as our company continues to grow and expand into new areas, we continue to work with MeDM and their exceptional team. "

Parkland Food Bank had the incredible opportunity to work with the team at MeDM on a rebrand of our organization. From the very beginning, David and his team (Ovid and Fatema) demonstrated a deep commitment to understanding who we are, what we do, and why our mission matters. As a non-profit that relies on the goodwill of our community through donations, sponsorships, and volunteers, it was essential that our brand clearly communicate our values and inspire trust. We needed a visual identity that would connect with potential clients, encourage donor support, and strengthen our presence in the community. David and his team delivered exactly that.Throughout the process, the MeDM team approached the project with thoughtfulness, professionalism, and genuine care. They included our team in every step of the journey, providing clear guidance, listening to our input, and ensuring that our voices were reflected in the final design. It truly felt like a collaborative partnership, and we are so grateful for how supported and involved we felt. The end result is a brand that reflects both the compassion and strength of our organization. Since the launch, the response from our community has been overwhelmingly positive. People instantly recognize who we are and feel a stronger connection to our work.We cannot thank David and the MeDM team enough for the time, creativity, and heart they poured into this project. We would enthusiastically work with them again, and we highly recommend them to any organization/company looking for branding that tells a meaningful story and leaves a lasting impact.Thank You MeDM!!!! "

It has been an absolute pleasure working with David and his team. As a small non-profit organization our needs are very unique, however David and his team took the time to understand what we do and what our future vision was. They provided advice and guidance as we navigated through developing a new strategy and brand. The help they provided through the logo development along with the presentation design they provided allowed us to pitch the new concept to our board with overwhelming approval. We are very much looking forward to working with them on the next phase of work we need to get done. "

We worked with David and Sheena at MeDM to better understand how to expand our reach and use social media marketing more effectively for our professional development course offerings. They worked patiently with us to identify a suitable scope of work, taking into account our budget and the limited marketing knowledge/experience within our department. They thoroughly reviewed the relevant analytics and data, and also met with some key stakeholders and facilitators to understand external advertising constraints that we need to align with. From the start, we were clear that we needed their help to understand how to market courses more effectively and expand beyond our current channels, but that we needed to be able to operationalize their advice in-house, and they were supportive of these objectives. Although it was outside the planned scope of work, they developed creative content examples and assets for us that were aligned with the University’s visual identity guidelines – these were helpful in increasing our knowledge of how to create effective ads that used less text than we were accustomed to using, and will be more effective at creating brand and solution awareness for our courses. They also committed to providing some additional guidance for our team on content development to further support our ability to implement their suggestions and carry on more independently.David and Sheena were very personable, and we enjoyed the process of working with them, as well as their responsiveness to our needs. They demonstrated a clear commitment to relationship building and ensuring that we were fully satisfied with the deliverables they provided. I would definitely recommend MeDM – even though our project was comparatively small, we received excellent support and guidance, and I really appreciate that they understood and supported our goal of learning more about marketing so that we could implement their recommendations effectively. "

I am the founder, past principal and current superintendent of one of the first 3 charter schools in Alberta, Centre for academic and Personal Excellence (CAPE). CAPE has been operating as a charter school since September 1995 in Medicine Hat. During this time we have developed three websites. None have been satisfactory. MeDM came to my attention through an individual that had seen a couple of sites that MeDM had build for clients of his. From the very first conversation David Still and I had it was clear that this company was a perfect match for us. David's focus was to understand our school, our program, our student population, our school community. The relationship that followed was one based on shared ideologies, shared priorities and shared outcomes. Mutual respect was and is foundational to this relationship. The development of the site required many in dept conversations as to my vision for the site, what it needed to do and why. The very large amount of documents that needed to appear in specific formats on specific pages was a challenge. MeDM was flooded with a very large number of documents and visuals, each with specific instructions as to page and look. David and those at MeDM rose to the challenge. The end product was what I and those at CAPE were expecting. Needless to say not everything was perfect at the beginning. We continue to work at making our CAPE site user friendly, visually appealing, informative, and manageable by those of us that are less than experienced in such an endeavour. David, Ovid and others have been and continue to be responsive providing guidance and support for the CAPE site manager. David and I continue to meet as our schedules allow and as the need arises. It is always a pleasure to engage in conversation with David. As for the site development, those at MeDM engaged in research of the top-tier charter school websites and planned out the site map, content, and ideal user experience. It was obvious to me that building on CAPE’s incredible reputation and content was a priority. This was greatly appreciated. We worked together on the designs and integration of new and existing content. This site is still relevant three years later but, as expected, is in need of a bit of change and refinement, something on which we are currently working. The current website has met and surpasses our expectations. I tend to be quite vocal about exceptional partnerships and experiences with knowledgeable passionate individuals that strive for excellence in the development of a product. David is one of these people. We look forward to continuing this relationship for a very long time. Needless to say, I am more than willing to refer. "
