I’ve attempted to do business with this company on multiple occasions and they are never helpful. I know things happen but I try to give companies the benefit of a doubt because things do happen. They don’t follow up or give a timeframe for service. I submitting a print request 3 weeks in advance and gave a sample item to be printed on. They literally never looked at my request and I went up there personally when the request was made with merchandise in my hand. I eventually picked up my sample with no explanation or apology as to why I was never serviced. I had a deadline to meet and now it’s a complete fail due to their unprofessionalism. If they didn’t have time that would have been very understandable but they didn’t try. I could have made other arrangements. "
