I wanted to hire them and I was told to drop off my paperwork, which I did.They were very busy and shooed me out the door without getting my contact information(I admit I should have asked about this).But I assumed they already had that info because my father was a client and they had met with me after my father's death.I assumed incorrectly and nearly missed tax day because of the mistake.They also refused to help me with my extension(on tax day) because they were too busy.Not very professional. "
