If I could give 0 stars I would, I can’t wait for the day this company and the managers there gets investigated for bullying people into quitting or firing people for speaking up against how they are treated. Firstly HR is a bully and will work with this specific manager(P) to give you unnecessary warnings. This manager (P) has the TLs (R), (L) and (A) talk to the agents anyhow but when you talk back to them in the same tone it’s considered disrespectful. These so called TLs have no communication skills and the little position they have makes them feel like they are god. This whole organization is unethical and has no regard for human rights, they try to treat people like slaves and are blatant with it. There are TLs there that will take month long vacations and so much time off but god forbid you take a day off because you are sick they will give you a warning. All they care about is the company, they do not care about the employees you have to either be related to the manager or kiss up to them for them to even consider you a human being. The only good thing about this company is leaving. I can’t wait for the manager and TLs to get their karma. I was going to quit and they convinced me to stay just to fire me for some random reason because I said I was going to report them to the labour board for penalizing me for missing work to attend a family member’s funeral. Don’t work here if you want to keep your mental health stable. "

This place will eat you on the inside. You’re nothing more than a machine to them. They cut corners whenever they can and will have you working 9.5 hours daily but never 10 hours because that would mean legally they’d have to give you another paid break but they don’t want to do that. Shady stuff. They also make you clock out for bathroom breaks and will get angry if you’re more than 2 mins. I recommend you stay away unless this is just a temporary job while you look for a better one "

The company sells itself very well but that's just a bait to get you to work for them. The trainer was amazing, and that's probably the only positive interaction I had. The "Team Leaders" talk down to you like you're nothing, they have too high expectations with very little to offer themselves. They lie and don't care about anything other than themselves. They say they will help, but don't. I remember days were people would ask for help from them and they never did anything. When I helped, I got in trouble for doing their job.I won a prize for a gift card because I won a draw and it's been well over a month and I still haven't received it. Would I recommend anyone to work here? NO. Especially the OUTBOUND departments.If you think you can get your commission, there's multiple tiers that prevent you from actually getting it. And they LIE like crazy. The hypocrisy was the last straw for me. "

I strongly demand an option to give negative ratings. This company keeps calling us all the time and their customer service guys are the most unprofessional people you will ever know. No matter how many times we keep saying that we have no interest in their offers and request to remove us from their contact list, they keep calling in the middle of important meetings and even after hours. You try to cut the call, they keep calling and are very persistent. And, you thought you get calls every month? Nah. You get every 2-3days. Even on weekends. Like seriously??!!! What the heck!! The moment you try to express your frustration in the calls, then they start to show their worst behaviour. People should have minimum common sense. Well you are trying to sell a product, be respectful to the customers. If you don’t have the patience or guts to take negative feedback, then better shut the office up. If not, things will escalate soon and will go out of hands.STOP these annoying calls and the arrogant behaviour. "

Let me be crystal clear. The negative reviews that you read here are for your own good. This place is the worst place I've ever worked at in my life. We are not exaggerating...They throw you on the telephones without any preparation. They don't even teach you how the phone systems work or how to transfer people.The training process was abysmal. While there is no problem with the trainers as individuals, the resources they are given to train employees are complete garbage.You do not know how to talk to a customer, you don't know what steps to follow for verification. You're representing a master-card company, and you're penalized for asking too much security questions? The warning codes they use on their systems are coded so horribly and it's very very hard to understand and you're penalized for asking questionsI WOULD NOT WANT MY WORST ENEMY TO WORK HERE. "
