Eu nunca trabalhei nessa empresa, mas me inscrevi para fazer freelancer nela pela plataforma UpWork, fui informada de que o pagamento é mensal e é feito por fora da plataforma Upwork, fiz uma entrevista que não me fizeram nenhuma pergunta, praticamente, foi mais uma apresentação do projeto e me pediram para passar meus dados por e-mail e passei, fiquei empolgada, mas achei um tanto estranho, depois ao ler os comentários aqui no google e no Reddit sobre essa empresa, eu vi que é cilada, fiquei bem decepcionada :/ "

The company culture is extremely toxic and driven by internal politics—especially under the leadership of the project manager, who unfortunately plays a major role in creating a hostile environment.The project manager is more focused on controlling the narrative and playing office politics than actually supporting the team. Constructive feedback is ignored, team morale is constantly low due to unnecessary pressure, and any form of independent thought or genuine concern is seen as a threat.In my case, I was removed from the project with no prior warning, based on false allegations. Instead of having an open conversation or fair review, management chose to side blindly with the project manager and spread misinformation.Promises made during onboarding were broken, and the constant stress of unrealistic KPIs, excessive calls, and micromanagement only added to the negativity.I strongly urge others not to join this company—especially if you value fairness, respect, and professional integrity. Your time and effort deserve better. "

Scam. Made my boyfriend do training for 3 days in march/april and now in may send invoice and expect him to pay for the training!!! They are supposed to pay him fot ghe training days. They make it seem like they give you a job, but they make you do work for them 3 days, say you did not get the job and send you invioce. Avoid at any cost! "
