Very consistently poor experience with Mojo Dojo; long stretches of no communication, repeated missed deadlines, and ongoing confusion around even the most basic deliverables. Content written for the wrong month or wrong keyword despite providing clear tables and reminders, and publishing was routinely delayed without explanation. Meetings added no value, simply repeating previous conversations with no visibility into actual work completed. Once the case was escalated to the senior account manager (Jamie), who had no autonomy over even simple matters and acted as just another layer, nothing changed! Only more words and repeated assurances with no outcomes. These issues occurred across multiple account managers, suggesting deeper operational problems rather than isolated mistakes. Based on my experience, I would strongly caution anyone considering working with them to carefully assess expectations around communication, accountability, and reliability. "
