More Staffing is an offshore staffing partner for established operators who treat their people as the hardest and most important part of building a team.

We were built by operators. Before founding More Staffing, our co-founders built and ran a Filipino team for their own ecommerce business so we know firsthand what it takes to hire remote talent that actually stays.

Most offshore staffing is transactional. A provider places a hire and moves on, and the person is left on their own to disengage and churn. We work the other way. We build the profile with you, screen hard against it, run interviews and assessments, and back every placement with a replacement guarantee for as long as the engagement continues.

Then we stay. Every professional we place keeps a direct line to someone here for the life of the engagement. We support them with group coaching, curated education, and a real community outside your walls the human side that keeps remote people engaged instead of isolated and gone.
