MOX works across research, strategy, creative development, design, production, and social media, with a philosophy centered on creating complete brand worlds rather than isolated creative assets. Its services include research and insights, strategy and positioning, 360-degree campaign creative, social strategy and campaigns, experiential and spatial work, design and direction, production and delivery, and talent and management. The studio describes its approach as going deeper into culture to develop strategy that supports creative work and building visual worlds with their own language, look, and logic.

The studio operates across four core disciplines: Deep Culture, World Building, Obsessive Craft, and Social Standard. Its creative and production capabilities are handled under one roof, allowing the team to manage projects from concept through final delivery. MOX also treats social content as an integral part of brand communication, applying the same creative standards to social work as to larger campaign productions and designing content specifically to function within cultural and social environments.
