The number one thing every project needs is: Clarity.

My first task in any project is to bring crystal clarity to the task at hand, breaking it down piece by piece into its smallest components. This is always the most crucial step, without which everything else suffers.

Then, in accordance to the skills necessary to accomplish each piece, tasks are generated and I go about hiring and training new personnel, or communicating with the current staff and assigning tasks based on their talents and skills. This requires being in the trenches with them to fully understand the strengths and constraints.

The gaps of knowledge and skills between the attainable resources and the necessary work is often filled by my own dedicated research, learning, and executing for each project. This habit has made me into quite the jack-of-all-trades in my own niche; with extensive experience coding, databases, graphic design, accounting, demonstration, sales, etc. For this reason, on more than one occasions, CEOs have referred to me as "the glue".
