EXCEPTIONAL! My computer was locked. Message said "Windows Defender" has detected a possible virus and call us immediately" . It looked like it was a Microsoft message but it was fraudulent. Message said "Don't close your computer." Whatever I did the computer was frozen. I called a couple of different companies for help. One wanted to come to my house for $200 ++.
