WOW this company has changed. We had a wonderful digital rep. Aulbrie at Netsertive that cared about us as a small appliance dealer in the Nationwide Marketing Group for a long time. Then she left a few months ago and I guess the work load shifts to those still employed there. They just didn’t care, and our relationship with company stopped. "

I’ve worked with about a dozen different digital marketing companies over my business ownership career for various projects. Netsertive is by far the the worst I have ever worked with. $10k charged to my cc on file. and they had no lead (form filled) tracking in place. They spent my money recklessly. I didn’t receive the promised weekly reports. They only paused my campaigns after my 3rd attempt to get resolution. They acknowledged many of my concerns but did nothing to rectify the issues. They will spend your budget regardless of results then try to spin things about how great the results are. Be aware. Ask for transparency at all levels of your campaigns and especially their fees. The deeper I looked the worse it got. There are too many solid digital marketing companies out there. I suggest you look elsewhere "
