Netway came to our aid 18 months ago after a catastrophically bad IT experience (endless outages over 3-4 years, the then service provider floundering around and failing to resolve any of the issues) then left us high and dry. An accountant in our building recommended, spoke highly of Netway, so we gave them a go. Best IT thing we did in a decade, it's been steady as she goes ever since, no task however small or large seems to faze them - they are onto it quickly, resolve it usually within 10-15 minutes, rarely actually needing to come on site.And the recent move to vacate our office in favour of all staff operating remotely, the conversion to NBN, restructuring our 'network into two circuits so tenants may access NBN as part of our service, all came in on time (allowing for the 24 hours delay in TPG actually arriving on site ...!), on budget, almost seamlessly.
