Worst company you can hire to do your website, used them to build my site and their always coming with new charges or something thats needed to get the site to work, when I finally had it up and running I was never given full access, basically they held it as hostage if you don't keep using them, big scam, money wasted. "

Were currently dealing with this company for a website and they're trying to squeeze more money out of us. They've deactivated our site and put up this fake security notice until we give them more money. I know its fake and they're scamming us because its the same notice even if you switch browsers and none of the links take you anywhere. "

This business is a total scam. I can't begin to tell you all the ways they scammed our small outpatient mental health practice. Please please if you are reading this absolutely do not hire them to create and maintain your companies website. After several issues with ODA we decided to move on to a new web designer. I have been trying to get in touch with ODA for months to give us our domain name back. They now blocked our company from contacting them. Before we were blocked we were told several times we would receive a call back but never did. They also use fake names, when you have a problem with one of them they change there name. Its so incredibly frustrating!!! "

I have personally been working with Sam Jones and Alan Fernandez since March on a rather large database project. I can confidently say the end result is something our company is very proud of and will use for years to come.These guys are great at what they do. This database isn't a throw-it-together and call it a day job. It stores tens of thousands of customers' information while allowing us easier communication and tracking of orders, which in return will save thousands of hours of labor in the long run. They truly have done a great job. Thanks guys! "

Decided to go with the company for my website design and the experience has been nothing but disappointing. Firstly, ever call lead to additional charges of $1k here and another $2k there. Even after being told there would be no further charges they continued to ask for thousands more dollars until I asked for a refund. We are now two weeks past the given deadline and now no one will return my calls or emails in over a week. We are no closer to a completed website than we were over a month ago. I still do not have a completed website and I am out over $3k. I DO NOT recommend.*********Update to this review- after another month+ I STILL not not have a website. They refused any sort of refund and blamed me for the delay. Run from this company! It’s the worst decision I’ve made! I hired a new company and they completed the job in 3 weeks- while I was still waiting for Orbits. If it was my fault, how was the other company able to complete the job so quickly? "
