We're a boutique agency focused on branding and design, doing creative work for physical and digital spaces that tries to be respectful of people's time, attention spa,n and taste. We specialize in visual and verbal design and the thinking that goes behind it, preoccupied with purpose as well as aesthetics, because we feel it's crucial that the things we design are pretty useful and not just pretty.

Although Popola is relatively new on the scene, the people who comprise it are seasoned creatives from the advertising industry. Born and bred in Croatia, we've always been keen on finding inspiration in our surroundings, history, and tradition. We strive to deliver contemporary design, but also want to avoid conforming to the pervasive global Generic Aesthetic that has taken over digital and physical spaces. We want to create brands, campaigns, and experiences that have local recognizability, since those also tend to have more traction.
