Our company has been considering exploring options with Prestige PEO. However, after calling for over a week, I’ve encountered consistent issues. Each time I call, I either reach a receptionist who kindly forwards my call to a sales representative or get sent directly to voicemail. When forwarded to a sales rep, I’m again sent to voicemail each time, and I’ve since given up on leaving voicemails. I also sent an email nearly 24 hours ago, but have yet to receive any response. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this organization, as it’s been difficult to get the information we need. "
