I paid to have a flat fixed which was overpriced as is. And then my tire blew out the next day due to th3 incorrect fix. He put the wrong amount of tire pressure. So I paid for a new tire and a tire line. They said it would take two weeks to replace one tire. And then after two weeks they stopped answering the phone. I had to call the other shop to get ahold of someone. Just to find out it will take another eight days to change one tire. Probably the most unprofessional people I've ever met. "

Propel,, did a great job. They gave me a great deal on a remi Demi bike save me about 600 bucks and I love the bike shipped it all the way from New York to Louisiana. No problems. It is fun to ride , about to buy a second one "
