Would not recommend this company for Netsuite support. We on-boarded into Netsuite with a different company than Protelo and had a poor experience. So, we looked into Netsuite support and their pricing was criminally high. We reached out to Protelo and it was clear people come to them frequently for the same reason. Protelo seemed promising. Their hourly rate seemed reasonable. They said they bill in quarter hours.. Of course, they market themselves as Netsuite professionals, one would think they would be proficient throughout the system and helping solve the customer's problems. We had a couple on boarding calls, and ended up having them quickly edit one of our Purchase Order PDFs in Netsuite. The two onboarding calls and one edited PDF cost our company $875. The PDF they edited wasn't even done correctly and if it took them any more than 2 minutes to "fix" they clearly don't have experience with Netsuite. Keep looking for a better option if you need Netsuite support. Worth mentioning as well the only other google review this company currently has is a member of the Protelo team. "
