I have been using Proven Concept since May 2022 and the results are astounding! Having been skeptical about email marketing, I have had over 800 leads, 150 new corporate clients and they just keep coming! From 5 star hotels to massive, blue chip companies, the response has been so positive. I'm afraid to say stay away from these guys. My experiences are exactly as previous reviewers have been reporting.Paid our invoice and we got next to nothing, no where near what their glossy proposal promised us. When this brought up in emails there was zero interest in rectifying it. We only started getting some leads when we changed our criteria but by doing that we ended up with leads which weren't our target market.The emails then started threatening and I'm happy to share these. If I was easily intimidated this little bully (Paul MD) might have upset me. An offer to pay for the leads that were generated and write off what wasn't was rejected with the one line - see you in court.No doubt this review will be met with more bull so if anyone wants to see the emails in full please just contact me and I will share them, I will be sharing them publicly anyway.To recap, they deliver zero and threaten lots....In response to Pauls reply, we are now in contact with multiple other customers who have been conned by a glossy proposal and a one sided contract, we are jointly drafting complaints to Portsmouth Trading Standards.Final comment, beware of a company that changes it's name every couple of years ;) "

The team at Proven Concept are fantastic. A very data driven and analytical team who pursue constant improvement on their campaigns. I would encourage anyone to look at the website for some case studies of the successful campaigns. They are extremely up front with their success rate and costs. "
