I waited for 5 business days for my car to be picked up at the dealership before reaching out to Edward and the team at Rapid Auto Shipping! Edward, Marco and Amanda is awesome in helping me to get through this terrifying process (I’m a foreigner and this is my first car purchase) They are great at communication! Edward even called my salesperson at the dealership multiple times to arrange the pick up without me asking him to do so. The process was super fast. I confirmed the order on Thu 3PM, car was picked up at 9.30PM Friday and I received my car at 3PM Sat. The driver (Marco) is super on time and the dispatcher (Amanda) is very good at keeping me updated about the driver’s journey. My car was delivered in perfect condition. Rapid Auto did not offer the cheapest, they are in mid range among all quotes and much higher than the previous provider which I cancelled the order, but Rapid Auto service is totally excellent and I’m grateful for their support to get me through this process ( I was very nervous about the possible damages in shipping process)!
