Working with Rivyl has been an incredible experience. Their team is passionate, creative, and deeply committed to helping us build our brand strategy and uncover our true identity. They don’t just deliver results—they pour their heart into the process, making collaboration inspiring and seamless. Rivyl is more than a branding partner; they’re a team that truly cares about bringing your vision to life. Highly recommend! "Zoe Taylor's Review Sourced from Google
Rivyld by none.We didn’t want some slick desk jockeys telling us who we are. We wanted a crew that could dig in, cop the red dirt, and actually get what Thirsty Squirrel stands for. Rivyl nailed it.From the get-go, they cut through the froth and bubble and called a spade a spade. No fluff, no spin, just sharp thinking and a fair dinkum process that pulled our brand DNA out of the shed and onto the site. They took our wild ideas, the steeze, the strine, the “save your nuts” attitude — and turned it into something we can carry like a badge of honour. Rivyl made us look bloody good without losing the grit. That’s a rare thing. If you’re after polished BS and cookie-cutter logos, don’t bother. But if you want a branding mob who’ll listen, challenge, and back you in until the job’s done right — Rivyl’s your China Plate. "Hayden Pope's Review Sourced from Google
I wasn’t going to leave a negative review, but I’ve been chasing Rivyl for weeks now about some recordings from a key meeting and they’ve stopped replying. I need those recordings to share with another agency who’s now having to recreate the work Rivyl was originally hired to do.I came across Rivyl through Dain’s Instagram. He clearly knows his stuff and presents himself well in the branding space. The team were friendly and easy to deal with. Luke in particular is very talented when it comes to visuals and creative direction. That said, the overall experience didn’t match the high price. The strategy process felt quite shallow. It was more about picking reference brands and copying their style than building something based on who we are or who we’re speaking to. It lacked any real depth or substance and the final result didn’t capture what we were trying to create. We also paid for brand naming which ended up being a complete waste. The names suggested made no sense and didn’t reflect our brief at all. My business partner and I spent months figuring it out on our own and eventually came up with the name ourselves. That should have been part of what we paid for.I’ve shown the final branding to four or five manufacturers and not one of them understood what the brand was trying to say. That tells me everything I need to know.Communication dropped off once the project was done. I’ve followed up multiple times asking for assets and responses have stopped altogether. The whole thing dragged on longer than expected and the lack of accountability is disappointing.Would I recommend Rivyl? Maybe for packaging or purely visual work if that’s all you need. But if you’re looking for strong strategy, clear messaging, or real brand thinking, I’d look elsewhere. They’re nice people but in our case the output didn’t deliver. Rivyl is the gold standard. Teaming up with Rivyl was by far the best decision we have made for our business. The experience was incredible from start to finish. Everyone on their team is an absolute master of their craft and a pleasure to work with. They have given us a deep understanding of who we are as a company, and their branding expertise has transformed how we connect with our audience. The response from our customers as we rolled out our new brand has been overwhelmingly positive. Rivyl's ability to communicate ideas and execute them flawlessly is unmatched. We couldn't be happier with the results! "Tyler Stroud's Review Sourced from Google
