I had an extremely disappointing experience with this call center, Route 2 Shine. An employee named Digvansh Singh has called me multiple times during my sleeping hours, using different numbers to contact me. This constant harassment has been incredibly frustrating, and it seems like a deliberate effort to irritate me. I’ve also been receiving multiple spam OTPs on my number, which raises serious concerns about their practices. Digvansh’s supervisor, Vivesh, seems to be condoning this behavior, which only makes things worse.They are creating an extremely frustrating and fraudulent situation, using notorious techniques that feel almost like those of crooks. I have no idea why they are calling me, but it’s clear that this company operates in a highly questionable manner. I strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with Route 2 Shine. This kind of conduct is completely unacceptable and should not be tolerated. "

I had good experinece working as fresher. R2S has good work life balance. They provide quality training to improve communication. The team lead and manager is supportive. The infrastructure of company is good providing good facilities like cafeteria, clean toilets.I am satisfied working here. "
