Sagepath Reply is that ideal partner when you are looking for a digital transformation organization with people who are Adobe Certified, Salesforce Certified, and HubSpot Certified. Unlike other digital transformation organizations, Sagepath Reply can stick with you beyond implementation - helping you with all aspects of digital marketing/advertising and advanced analytics. "

Great place to work. I have had the opportunity to collaborate with some incredibly intelligent, driven people (internal and clients) over the years. Highly recommend! "

Sageapath is an amazing place to work! It's hard to find people that care so much about the success of their clients. I'm honored to work with a company that goes above and beyond for its clients and employees. If you are looking to expand your digital footprint and work alongside smart, innovative, and caring individuals, Sagepath is the agency for you. "

Sagepath is a great full-service digital agency, with a particular focus on using data to transform and generate value. It's a great place to work - very supportive of employees, a lot of investment in the culture, and focused on doing what's right for Sagepath's clients. "

Anyone considering Sagepath as a service provider or as a career opportunity, think again. This is not a real advertising agency. The bulk of the work is spec and PowerPoint presentations.Upper management believes that having no process makes the agency nimble. This could not be further from the truth. I’m still shocked that they would try to sell this line to a client but then again, they don’t really go after new clients.Creative does not receive proper, written briefs. In meetings, ideas are thrown around with total disregard to clients’ actual needs. If you point out a flaw, the answer will always be that this is “stage 1” and that we’ll think about it in “stage 2”. Designers start working with no strategic direction. I’ve seen website wireframes hand drawn, and handed to a designer in under 10 minutes.Employees are constantly threatened and told how replaceable they are but the problem is that due to Sagepath’s bad reputation, no one wants to work for them. The solution? They scrapped the bottom of the barrel, especially in the creative department. Turnover is extremely high. Employees are literally fleeing this place on a weekly basis. The culture at Sagepath is not one of collaboration and comradery, but one of paranoia, backstabbing, late hours, and bitter internal competition. Maybe if you are able to stay long enough you’ll get a small raise and be an art director but guess what? You will be doing the same crazy PowerPoint presentations and thoughtless work that you were doing when you first got there and your promotion will be meaningless at any other agency. There are plenty of good agencies in Atlanta. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this disaster. "
