I have been performing mystery shops for a long time, and this company has the best user-friendly interface. It's as though they worked with mystery shoppers to ensure the interface was simplified and easy to navigate. This is one of the few companies out there that will allow you to preview the entirety of the client briefing and questions before you sign up. The entire process is what it looks like to set your mystery shoppers up for success.The assignments are straightforward, multiple-choice answers with a reasonable amount of narratives/sentences to support your answer. In my region, Secret Shopper offers a variety of shops to choose from. The waitlist also comes in handy.The editors and schedulers have been wonderful to work with. Their team is responsive and answers all my questions. I have only started working with them a few months ago, and moved through the classification status quickly. "
