I first arrived at Steve's company Smallfry with an idea and an end goal but could't work out a perfect product solution! His design team 'took me under their wing' and after listening to my requirements/goals worked closely with myself to produce the most amazing product that 'ticked all the boxes'. Initially, they stripped the idea back to the beginning and did thorough research to make sure we were going in the right direction with the product before development began. They then created a number of concepts which gave me the opportunity to decide which best fitted my criteria. Taking a product to market was a very new and daunting concept for me as I had no clue of the process/steps along the way. Smallfry guided me and kept me informed with all the progress they were making. They kept me very up to date with emails/phone calls and regular meetings. I always felt comfortable asking silly questions and they always had an answer! I now have a fantastic working prototype to prove my concept and assist me with the launch of my product. Steve and his team are always at the end of the phone whenever I need them and I know this will never change.
