Sovran has a very knowledgeable IT team and their services are built on integrity. Unlike most MSPs, they do not nickel and dime you on 3rd party subscriptions and services, and said services are not forced onto you. All 3rd party services are optional and only recommended based on your needs, which was a welcomed option when we signed up for their services.
