They wrote letters for retraction. We finally got a respond from the complaining company and although the case was not resolved, they kept involved and updated me though telephone calls and emails. Spctk finally resolved the issue with Amazon but, although this ordeal is over, I hope not to ever go through it again, but for those out there that are in the process, I would recommend SPCTEK 100%.
