Be careful when signing up any mobile plans with these guys. They have a very shady usage calculator. Prior to signing up with these guys, we were on Kogan Mobile's two-year prepaid plan. For more than two years on Kogan Mobile, we never reached any usage limit yet alone exceed the limit by > 8 GB. The first month alone, these guys stated we exceeded our usage limit and charged $10 for every gigabyte of data beyond the limit. We will definitely be moving back to Kogan Mobile at the end of the month and will no longer have our mobile plans bundled with our internet and home phone. After this experience, we may also change our internet and home phone service. "Onur Aktop's Review Sourced from Google
If you are a new migrant dependent on getting new line, don't go with them. It's been a week since we paid for the plan, 5 business days gone and still no physical SIM and they can't even activate eSIM despite us asking for help via their chat almost everyday. We have kids to care for 24/7 without help and it's just super annoying that they can't carry out what they promised and require us, in the midst of our rushed day, to continually bug these full grown adults for updates. Really regret signing with them, even before the service has even started. Definitely will port over to another provider if it eventually gets connected and/or if it drags on, will try to get a refund. Absolutely ridiculous. "Vn Lee's Review Sourced from Google
The times I have dealt with my provider, Spintel, have been pleasant, to say the least. When upgrading my mobile phone accounts to a better Plan with more data, I have had no trouble whatsoever, and the transition to the upgrade happened exactly in the time-frame given.I also use Spintel for my home internet connection. Three months ago NBN connected me right through to my home, FTP, and again, the transition was smooth, and cost nothing, at all. Spintel kept me up-to-date and cancelledthe old NBN PLan, FTN, as soon as the NBN connected to my home. I am very happy with Spintel's service, especially seeing theirmobile phone/nbn internet packages are the most inexpensive I have found on the market. Thank you Spintel. I’ve been using Spintel for my internet connection, and overall, it’s been reliable and affordable. The setup was easy, and the speed is good for everyday use like streaming and work. Customer service is helpful and responds quickly when needed. It’s a good value for the price. "Festi ROSTININGSIH's Review Sourced from Google
Spintel's customer service agents always accommodated my requests. Always cheerful and courteous. Have stayed with Spintel since start of 2021 (with all the pandemic happening), and still going.Currently with Spintel 5G Home internet, couldn't be happier. Called up Spintel a week ago to sign up their NBN 500, just to see how good it is. If it's great then I'll stay on it, and disconnect my 5G Home internet service. They agreed to let me disconnect NBN service (if for any reason I don't like it after a month), and keeping my other 5G Home internet service.Got NBN connected today Fri 17/10/25. Will test it out and edit this post later. "Thi Nguyen's Review Sourced from Google
