I was fed up so I decided it was time for a change, within an hour of signing up with Spintel I was back online, they even canceled my iinet account for me. Beware of hidden fees and charges! My credit card expired and they hit me with a $30 fee for the failed payment. I've had the same card expire with other services and none of them charged me for it. Felt like a money grab rather than fair treatment. Wouldn't recommend. "

The Internet service is disaster. They slowed down your Internet every now and then and drops frequently. You might get bit cheaper service initially, but they end up charging you more so watch out recommendation better. Avoid spintel. "

Added modern rental fee $10/mth which was free when I sign up. And they charge me more than what they advertising (even without new customer benefit). You get penalised for being long term customer, such a shame. "

I am very happy with it. They have a very good deal with Wi-Fi + Phone SIM card. AI customer service is very smart, AI help me lots till they stuck and got me through human, which did not let me wait for long to talk to me 👍. I moved from Vodafone service and will not go back there again ( why pay more ) "
