I want to share my experience of interviewing at SysGears for the position of Junior Sales / Lead Generation.I had a technical interview with Evgenia Petrusheva (Partner Success Manager) and Maksym Mudrak (Head of HR Department). The communication turned out to be very difficult - I don't know how you can not only cooperate with such people, but even just talk. The attitude during the interview was extremely condescending, the interviewer belittled my previous experience and showed doubt. The overall impression of the interview was negative. I felt tense and unsure, as if every answer was perceived with distrust. My skills and knowledge directly related to the position were almost not tested.During the conversation, I did not feel an open dialogue or interest in better understanding my potential as a candidate. Many questions were aimed at analyzing previous experience.It is worth noting that at the beginning of the interview, Yevgenia warned that she had little or no experience in conducting interviews. Perhaps this is why she was worried and felt insecure, which caused such an impression.After the interview, I was left with a feeling of exhaustion and lack of confidence in my own abilities. For comparison, after interviews at other companies, I usually received useful feedback, new knowledge, or at least a constructive professional dialogue.The first two stages - confirmation of the level of English and an interview with a recruiter - went well. I especially remembered and liked the IT recruiter Victoria, who made a very pleasant first impression of the company. "
