I ask many time but no answer.The Manager Boopathi and Head Dhana very bossy. They running office like North Korea rule, no freedom and no respect for workers. If you want your money and peace, dont join here. Pls be cautious everyone. Very big headache. "

I know the marketing team would remove my feedback, but still I would like to share my experience. I worked in this company for almost 10+ years. The company is good, but the individuals who think they are the reason behind the success of the company are actually bad for our careers.Almost all the department HODs, especially those who have been in the company for 15+ years, are damaging the growth. Also, the managers under them are even worse. Mr. Dhanasekar, the Head of Staffing, is the worst person you can meet in this company. He lacks listening skills, leadership qualities, and decision-making capabilities. He thinks that by not letting other people talk, problems will be solved, and he even uses foul language.If he is bad, his subordinates are even worse, especially Boopathi. Overall, the company has seen less growth due to these individuals.I am writing this review because I am one of the people who felt humiliated by this so-called supreme HOD and his manager.I would ask the management to give a little more focus to employee grievances.
