The Talent Boom

The Talent Boom is a Global Creative and Digital Headhunting firm located in three different continents. We work with the worlds leading brands, advertising agencies, fortune 500's and scaling start ups to help them find top talent when they hire.

We are boutique and extremely passionate about our craft. Our clients work with us because we have a proactive and personalised approach to headhunting. We do not use job boards and we target talent who are not in the open job market but enticed by our clients roles. We scout and secure elite talent, making top matches across the globe on local, onsite, hybrid, remote and expat roles.

The Talent Boom was founded by British Headhunter, Emily Keyes, in 2012 where she found a gap in the market in Africa where digital was booming. The business then expanded into UK, Amsterdam and US. The business is still bootstrapped to this day and the company proudly pulls in millions of dollars year on year in profit through hard work across The Talent Boom team.
