Hi All !! This development is picture perfect like an advertisement brochure. But don’t be fool!! The real estate company have no idea what they are selling!!! We have been miss lead with information given false advertising!! Not to mention the HUGE discrepancy with the strata fees to get a sale across a line. They told us it was a total of $6000 annually. What a huge mistake !!! It’s actually double the amount !!! False information all the way through. Be proud to rip a 77 year old women of her hard savings. I should go to current affairs!! My wife and I rent the property of 33 mackenzie st vic 3000 in 2014 and lived about 3 years. when we move out of there in the year, the agency tell me to need to claim from my bonds $546 in total, including 1 chip near the sink when we moved in, it was already here, 2 chips on the edge of the bathroom mirror,one of them is fair tear and wear , and so on. that is not fair to us because we use the cleaning company that the agency recommended which cost us about 600 $ just for 1 bed and living room. and the agency take the receipt of the 600$ cleaning fee when we return the keys for them.And now, the agency tell me need to be claimed 546$ including the unclipping carpet. I can not accept this claim, And referring to the agency take the receipt, I think the agency take kickback from the cleaning company.We came to Australia in 2014,English and knowledge of the renting law are not sufficient at that time. We signed the conditional report at 23/05/2014 at 360 property without inspection because, Melissa just told us sign the for the report, despite we did not understand the meaning of this report.But now, when we argued the the problem, and Melissa said" even the chip has been there before you lived in, but you signed the report, and you made it bigger than before ".I feel so disappointment for it. How can the agency do it for a international student????And when I asked for the receipt of cleaning fee, she has no response for it.Finally I have been charged for more than $1000 including cleaning fees!You can see as following photos.warning: be careful the cleaning fees would be more than double. Since buying a property through this developer we have had nothing buy misery. The car stacker is out of order most days, and no after hours service is provided. Many cars have been locked away for days with no access at all possible. Consequently residents here have accumulated thousands of dollars worth of fees for ubers, taxis and public transport with no reimbursement whatsoever.In addition, the rubbish chute is ridiculous. It is blocked and out of order on a weekly basis, and residents are made to travel down stairs to get rid off rubbish.I couldn't be more disappointed with Three Sixty Property group.
