We have been working with Top Floor for many years. Most recently, I had a wonderful experience working with the team on the design and implementation of our new website. They understood what we wanted and delivered the vision. They have a team of talented individuals who we will continue to work with. "

TopFloor does not deliver on their promises. They invoiced us over $50k for a template based ecommerce site. We were told it would take 3 months to build, they took over a year and a half. After launch we noticed a significant amount of formatting issues, errors, missing images, broken pages, and incomplete pages. Our established customers could not purchase anything from the site because the cart was broken and we received numerous complaints from the sites overall bad user experience. Our new site is invisible to search engines, we didn’t even show up for our own name. We tried to work with top floor only to get billed for multiple meetings with no or little (at best) fixes done. They don’t listen and they don’t take accountability for their failures to deliver what was proposed. But they are on top of billing you for their time when you attempt to get them to fix their mistakes. The owner only seemed to get involved when we decided to stop the hemorrhaging from our bottom line and leave Top Floor. Hiring Top Floor was a very costly mistake for our business.
